Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-centered designs and a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices. Responsibilities include creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting user research, and designing user-friendly interfaces. Must have a strong understanding of design principles and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences. Understand Html/CSS and learn smarty template engine.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Human Factors, or a related field
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices
- Basic experience with design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Basic experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
