Job Summary
Spykins Technology Limited is looking for a creative graphic designer with great attention to detail who is passionate about the art of design, can conceptualize and come up with mockups/wireframes for developers. Spykins Technology is a startup without an online presence. Hence, your first responsibility is to build the Company's digital footprint and also work with Spykins Technology Clients. This role requires you to work remotely at the moment but you should be open to working in the office when it’s set up.

Job Description/Requirements
What we're looking for:
- A digital artist: You have proficiency with creation in a wide range of software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and UX design tools (Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD)
- Craft obsessed: You place a high value on creating your work, focusing on quality over quantity of ideas produced.
- Thoughtful and resilient: You understand that great ideas aren't developed on the first go-around, and enjoy iterating with others with the goal of translating complex ideas into simple solutions.
- A portfolio that reflects a strong eye for color, composition, and typography
- Experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce in retail and a proven track record of balancing multiple short-term and long-term projects
- A minimum academic qualification of an OND
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar field
Business Equipment and Computer Applications:
- Adobe Illustrator / Corel Draw
- Adobe Photoshop
- Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD
Other Requirements:
- Experience in B2B and/or Training marketing
- Experience in Front End Development is a plus
- Knowledge of design, technology trends, and significant organizational and process skills
Interview Preparations
- Visit adobe.com and pick an image you can design in Illustrator or Corel Draw in 20 minutes
- Visit a template website and pick a layout you can put together in Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD in 20 minutes
Hiring Process:
- In a One-hour interview call, you will share your screen and create the graphics you have chosen in Interview Prep.
