Our head office is in Lagos, and we have the training centres in Abeokuta. The successful candidate will be functioning in Lagos where our training centre is. However, the candidate will shuttle between Lagos and Abeokuta.

Job Description/Requirements
Purpose of the Role:
- To deliver training and facilitate BCS courses at certificate, diploma, and PG Diploma levels
- To be responsible for operational activities, Operations Management & Training Quality at the Centre.
- To drive profitability and students’ enrolment
Job Responsibilities:
- Take full and sole accountability for the centre's training quality targets
- Oversee daily centre operations and centre activities through assigned staff.
- Design and implement centre operational and marketing plan aligned with the Design course contents materials and lessons
- Deliver both online and physical classroom lectures for certificate, diploma and PGD levels
- Ensure effective centre operations and unite the team under a common goal to make the centre profitable
- Build a business partner network
- Own centre-level decision-making of all people issues, financial decisions, resources, and other matters
- Manage development plan of centre team, ensure high employee engagement and support achieving their goals
- Responsible for maintaining infrastructure at the centre
- Initiate and manage Tie-ups with schools and colleges for collaboration with the centre
- Plan the Human Resources in the centre to achieve optimum utilization and productivity
- Direct management of the centre team, ensuring high employee morale, engagement, and clear plans for succession.
- Provide ongoing training and support for staff
- Handle disputes if any within the team and resolve them to the satisfaction of the organization.
Requirements:
- MSc or higher qualifications in IT, Computing
- Experienced delivery of Higher education courses
- Have profound business acumen
- Financial management – keeping budgets, managing expenses
- Skills for business planning and business ownership
- Sales and Marketing Skills
- Ability to effectively engage with high profile business partners and third
- parties - Customer focus
- Knowledge of programming and software industry
