Job Description

  1. First-line technical support: Work with Information Technology to resolve technical software and hardware problems
  2. Trains staff in the use of specialized departmental/divisional software applications
  3. Working as part of a team to manage the company's Platform to provide face to face technical support to colleagues.
  4. Incident resolution across the company's products and platforms
  5. Fulfilling service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  6. Effectively prioritizing work in a busy environment
  7. Escalation to colleagues in Technology for 2nd line support
  8. Add and update technical support documents
