Job Summary
We are looking to hire a technically skilled candidate with good problem-solving abilities for the position of IT Support, being a point of contact for all IT-related questions at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner, and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other duties.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
- Keeping accurate and detailed descriptions of services performed while on a service call
- Resolving IT support requests from employees
- Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
- Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
- Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
- Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
- Update employees on the status of their service requests
- Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in IT support and systems maintenance.
- Experience with computer and networking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- The ideal candidate must be an academic graduate
- Must have completed NYSC
