Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and market research.
- Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close profitable sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to guide strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships through consultative engagement.
- Develop customized solutions that align with client needs and industry requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand brand visibility.
Market Intelligence & Growth
- Stay updated on technology trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Use industry insights to identify new opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Provide feedback to product and leadership teams on evolving customer demands.
PII Data Processor Responsibilities
- Design, create, and implement IT systems for secure personal data gathering.
- Apply security measures to safeguard personal information.
- Manage storage, transfer, and compliance of PII data in line with regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within technology or SaaS industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in enterprise sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
- Ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
