Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Officer to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our systems, software hardware and networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks, while also providing technical support to staff and ensuring IT systems operate efficiently.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Install and configure hardware and software components
Manage network servers and technology tool
Troubleshoot system and network issues
Provide technical support to staff
Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks
Ensure data security and perform regular backups

Requirements:

B.Sc or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in a similar IT support role
Strong knowledge of networks, hardware, software, and security systems with best practice.
Problem-solving and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Resident in Lagos mainland.
Technical skills - database management programming/scripting cybersecurity awareness.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly. clear documentation and report writing organizational ability.
