· Candidate must be a graduate with experience in customer support and Network administration
· Experienced in technologies such as Avaya, Cisco, Security Solutions, Microsoft etc professional qualifications such as CCNA will be an advantage.
· Provide support function to users ensuring you minimize work downtime
· Provide system admin function such that the network services and application are running optimally
· Log all support incident by tool provided and present intelligence weekly report
· Escalate all issues you cannot solve to your supervisor and be a team player...do not fail alone!
· Demonstrate high level of technical capability and capacity and in-depth knowledge of your work
· Show ability to learn very fast and adapt to new environment and technologies
· Work in any location you are accorded from time to time with same passion and agility
· Unalloyed loyalty to our company by ensuring its interest is protected at all times
