Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Investment Department, driving strategic planning and performance.
- Represent and communicate the firm’s investment products and performance to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Wealth Advisors, HNIs, and shareholders.
- Prepare and deliver investor communications, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor financial trends, market conditions, and investor sentiment to inform strategic direction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
- Handle inquiries from investors and provide timely, accurate responses.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in asset management, RIA, fund company, or broker-dealer environments.
- Proven experience in leading investment teams and driving strategic outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of the financial industry, investment products, and market operations.
- Strong accounting background and understanding of financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
