Investment/Savings Mobilization Officer

Responsibilities:

• Promote and market investment and savings products to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our deposit base.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
