Internal Auditor

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement internal control and audit frameworks.
• Conduct regular audits of sales, inventory, procurement, and cash handling.
• Review compliance with operational and financial procedures.
• Identify control gaps, risks, and fraud exposures.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions.
• Support management in strengthening governance and risk controls.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, preferably in retail, supermarket, FMCG, or hospitality.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CIA) is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of audit standards, controls, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• High level of independence and professional judgment.
