Job Summary
As an Intern at the Noella Foundation, you will support daily operations and ensure smooth functionality across all activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting in administrative tasks, supporting program management, engaging with the community, handling data entry and reporting, participating in program creation and evaluation, and contributing to marketing efforts. Proactivity and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Research and Data Gathering:
- Gather relevant information and insights on topics related to the Foundation’s programs and initiatives.
- Collect data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, and databases, and analyse it to identify trends and patterns that support program development and decision-making.
- Engage with local vendors to obtain pricing information and evaluate cost options.
- Organise and summarise research findings in clear, concise reports or presentations for use by the Foundation’s team and stakeholders.
Community Engagement:
- Conduct primary surveys of low-income communities to identify prevalent needs within these communities.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials, direct marketing, press releases, and media advisories.
- Contribute to the development of awareness materials regarding programming.
- Assist with data entry related to program attendees and beneficiaries.
- Engage beneficiaries, vendors, and external stakeholders via phone calls to obtain necessary information.
Program Support:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of various programs, contributing to their successful implementation.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives, helping to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Manage data entry tasks and help prepare reports.
- Contribute to the development of new programs and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of existing ones.
- Support marketing efforts, including the creation of promotional materials and managing social media content.
- Provide general administrative and office support, including organizing meetings, maintaining the calendar of events, and taking minutes.
Data Protection and Confidentiality:
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling all executive and personal information.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Young, energetic, flexible, resilient and proactive.
- Should have completed NYSC.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Computer Systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language proficiencies are a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Discretion, reliability, and a professional appearance and demeanour.
- A female is highly preferred with proximity to the island.
Location: Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
