Job Summary

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibility

  • Present, promote, and sell insurance products/services using effective communication skills, to existing and prospective customers

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Job Requirement

  • Degree from a recognized tertiary institution 

  • Use of mobile and social media apps and familiar with digital marketing

  • 1 to 2 years of sales experience in financial, insurance or other related industries

  • Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and tight reporting schedules.

  • The high degree of creativity, innovativeness, problem-solving skills and media expertise.

  • Aged between 28 and 45 years old.

Remuneration Package

Allowance plus commission
