Influencer Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Research and build lists of relevant creators, influencers, or brands for outreach targeting
• Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through cold-calling or email outreach
• Schedule qualification calls with the ultimate goal of booking calls with sales leadership
• Filter in- or under-qualified leads through a phone conversation
• Track and report on key outreach and close metrics
• Create role-related SOPs and edit / update them on an ongoing basis
• Perform other tactical sales and sales-marketing-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in influencer outreach /phone outreach / an Appointment Setter or BDR outreach role
• Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in a sales outreach role
• 1+ years experience using HubSpot (or a similar tool) for contact/pipeline mgmt
• Basic - intermediate Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline management and reporting
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
