In-House Council

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice to senior management on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s interests are protected.
• Ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those specific to the advertising industry.
• Identify and assess legal risks associated with the company’s business activities, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Oversee the protection and management of the company’s intellectual properties.
• Assist in corporate governance matters, including the preparation and maintenance of corporate records and documentation.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings or coordinate with external counsel to manage litigation cases.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.  
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
