Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Teach ICT to primary school pupils in an engaging, age-appropriate way
- Introduce children to basic computer skills: typing, Microsoft Office, internet safety, and creative applications
- Prepare lesson plans and activities aligned with the school’s curriculum
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to the school management
- Ensure proper use of ICT facilities and resources
- Support school events and extracurricular ICT activities
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of NCE, B.Ed or B.Sc. in Computer Science, ICT, or related field
- Experience teaching ICT to children (Primary level preferred)
- Familiarity with modern educational technology and apps for children
- Good classroom management and communication skills
- Patient, creative, and passionate about working with young learners
