Human Resources/Operation Officer

Job Summary

The HR/Operations Officer will ensure the smooth running of all the administrative and operational aspects of 360 Creative Hub. Key areas of responsibility include HR, payroll management, and general administrative oversight.

Job Description/Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities 

● Make important policy, planning, and strategy recommendations that are backed by data 

● Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures

● Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing 

● Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed 

● Monitor compliance with laws and regulations 

● Work with the company leadership to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals 

● Support worker communication with the management team 

● Keep accurate records of sales and expenditures 

● Organise payroll and ensure the prompt payment of employees 

● General HR duties including on-boarding, talent management and recruitment, and employee evaluation 

● Develop a thorough knowledge of the organisation structure to facilitate the identification and addressing of opportunities and problems within the company

● Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills 

Qualifications 

● 1-2 Years experience in a similar role 

● Ability to work under pressure and changing requirements 

● Experience in Operations, HR or Administrative Management 

● Excellent task management skills 

● Proficient in MS Office and online calendar platforms 

● Effective written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills

● Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
