Proten International is an international Human Capital Development firm that offers a wide range of Training, Coaching, and Consulting services to individuals, small businesses, and corporate and governmental organizations. Our client base spreads across Europe and Africa with head offices in London, United Kingdom, and Lagos, Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill this position.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
  • Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
  • Structuring compensation and benefits packages.
  • Managing staff wellness initiatives.
  • Improving relations between staff and employers.
  • Evaluating staffing needs.
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts.
  • Engaging with heads of department.

Requirements:

  • First Degree or HND qualification.
  • 2 - 4 years in a similar role.

Salary: NGN 100,000 - 130,000 per Month.
