Proposed Work Schedule:
Days: Monday – Friday
Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm (U.S. Based, Eastern Standard Time)
1:00pm to 10:00pm (Nigerian Time Zone)
(1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Candidate should possess a 4-year, business related degree from an accredited university / college or equivalent experience.
Candidate should be proficient in using MS Office 365 including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
Candidate should have experience and intermediate level of proficiency in commonly used Human Resources related software
Candidate must have 5+ years of experience working in the Human Resources field including knowledge of wage and hour laws, employee benefit plans and human resource functions.
Note: Strong consideration will be given to candidates with experience supporting a U.S. based corporation.
Candidate should possess soft skills including, but not limited to attention to detail, work-flow organization, ability to use initiative, ability to follow instructions, and strong verbal and written communication skills
Candidate should have demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks and projects, analyzing information, mass data entry, activity-based reporting, customer interactions and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Review, update applicant data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Track data and run compliance reports via ATS
Schedule virtual appointments for applicants
Assist with coordinating new hire onboarding processes
Maintains human resources database and records by entering data from change notices.
Prepares human resources reports by assembling and compiling data.
Provides information by answering questions and requests related to security officer licenses and human resources data.
Secures human resources data by completing database backups.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping personnel data confidential.
Maintains operation of equipment by following operator procedures and calling for repairs.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by following policies and procedures.

Base Compensation: N150,000 per month – 200,000
