Job Description/Requirements
- Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide legal advice and support on employment-related matters, including contracts, disputes, and regulatory issues.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- Conduct employee training sessions on HR policies, compliance, and workplace best practices.
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Support conflict resolution and mediation efforts within the organization.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human resources and legal compliance.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
Remuneration: NGN 75,000- NGN150,000.
