Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement strategies for Human Resources Management and development-position announcements, recruitments, screening, orientation, discipline, grievance review, counseling, salary and conditions surveys and analysis, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance appraisals/ confirmation of staff, quality and time management.
  • Prepare updates to the employee handbook, policies, procedures, practices, and human resources and related forms with approval from Executive Director.
  • Coordinate with department managers to understand all necessary aspects and needs of human resources development, and to ensure they are fully informed of human resources objectives, purposes, and achievements.
  • Maintain employee databases; employee record keeping, data security and integrity, and employee information reporting.
  • Facilitate/Coordinate/Monitor training and development activities to include: in-house training sessions, newsletter/announcements; strategic planning sessions; calendar of events
  • Administer sick leave, termination, retrieval of ID cards, and other internal correspondences
  • Responsible for attendance and identifying late employees.
  • Ensure staff welfare in liaison with the Management (Putting work/ clients first)
  • It is the sole responsibility of the HR Admin to administer medical float to employees.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director/ Executive Director.


Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 350,000
