Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Create work guides such as manuals, company policies etc.
  • Receive and create reports.
  • Create work contracts both internal and external
  • Handle employees insurance
  • Oversee employees travel procedures such as Visa processing, ticket booking, Covid test payment for arrival and departure, airport pickup, payment & refund follow-up.
  • Oversee hiring process 
  • Oversee immigration procedures
  • Housing maintenance and renovations.
  • Office maintenance administration such as time-clocking, filing system, cleaning, covid compliance, security etc.
  • Create job descriptions for various job roles.
  • Oversee employee Appraisals

Salary: NGN 200,000- 250,000
