Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support, and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements


  • Support  the  development  and  implementation  of  HR  initiatives and  systems
  • Create  and  implement  effective  onboarding  plans
  • Serves as an intermediary between the management and the employees
  • Maintain  employee  records  (attendance,  EEO  data  etc.) according  to   policy  and  legal requirements
  • Organizing staff  training  sessions  and  activities
  • Training  and  developing  staff  and  making  sure  that staff  get  paid  correctly  and  on  time
  • Be actively  involved  in  recruitment  by  preparing  job descriptions,  posting  ads  and  managing  the hiring  process
  • Assist  in  performance  management  processes 

Job  Requirement:

  • Minimum of HND/Degree in Human Resources or any related field
  • 3 years experience in Human Resources
  • Applicant must be a good listener and have knowledge of Nigerian labor regulations
  • Excellent  written  and  verbal  communication  skills
  • Knowledge  of  HR  functions  (pay  &  benefits,  recruitment, training  &  development  etc.)
  • Applicant should be flexible and willing to move within states.
  • Applicant should be within the age of 26-35 years of age
  • Proficient  computer  skills,  including  Microsoft  Office Suite  (Word,   PowerPoint,and  Excel)
  • Goal-oriented,  organized  team  player
  • Applicant should be skilled in conflict resolution and dispute management

Salary: NGN 60,000 - 75,000
