Job Summary

As the Strategic HR Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that support the business objectives across the African continent. In addition to overseeing traditional HR functions, you will ensure the optimal use of SeamlessHR, driving efficiency and innovation in our HR operations.

  • Experience Length : 7 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s vision, goals, and Pan-African presence.
  • Manage and optimize the SeamlessHR platform for talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll, and analytics.
  • Lead recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to Pan-African labor laws and HR best practices in all operational regions.
  • Leverage data and metrics from SeamlessHR to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Drive employee engagement, foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Lead organizational change efforts and build capabilities to support growth in a fast-paced IT environment.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • HR certification and chartered status required: SPHRi, GPHR, SHRM, or ACIPM.
  • At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including strategic leadership roles in IT or related sectors.
  • Proficient in managing the SeamlessHR technology platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR practices across multiple African countries.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
