Job Summary
Our client, a distinguished reliable partner in the hospitality industry, is looking to fill the role of a Human Resource Manager. As our Human Resource Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the resort. This role is essential in ensuring a positive work environment, effective recruitment and retention strategies, and compliance with company policies and labour laws.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the full recruitment cycle and coordinating with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through various initiatives.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs and conduct salary reviews and market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
- 3 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Location: Ajah, Lagos.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 350,000
