Provide key support in ensuring the documentation / review of key policies, processes and procedure for FATE FOUNDATION such as Staff Hand book, Operational Manual and Job Description manual.
Provide support in ensuring that the HRM policies and manuals are communicated to staff on regular basis.
Assist in executing day to day Human Resource Management (HRM) activities of FATE Foundation.
Assist in ensuring a smooth on-boarding / orientation process for new hires and all team members, that effectively reflects the goals and core values of the Foundation.
Assist in maintaining up-to-date employee record on HRIS.
Assist with ensuring the complete documentation and (soft and hard copy) filing of all staff details and files including the verification of credentials and references.
* Support in tracking the implementation of annual staff training and development plan for the year
Ensure timely processing of HR related staff request in line with organizational policies.
Respond to staff inquiries on HR related matters (e.g. HR policies, employee benefits etc.
