Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support the human resources functions and administrative tasks within the air freight forwarding company.
- Handle HR-related documentation, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll support,
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR administration, preferably within the logistics or air freight forwarding industry.
- Knowledge of air freight forwarding industry operations and regulations is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
