Job Description/Requirements
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks; ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up to date
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Communicate and ensure the adherence to policies regarding code of conduct in the organization, including the consequences for disobedience
- Other tasks as may be directed;
Job Requirements:
- Educated to degree level, preferably in Human Resources, or equivalent
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Relevant experience within a professional law firm
- Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
- Excellent communication both written and verbal - the role involves liaison with internal and external people at a senior level
- A self-starter, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation, but also work closely with other team members and display trust and loyalty
- Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings. Able to deal sympathetically and appropriately with clients and to show empathy with them

- Must be able to multitask and keep calm under pressure
