Hub Manager

Responsibilities:

• Regularly monitor the temperature within the cold storage facility to ensure it meets the required standards for preserving goods.
• Keep track of inventory stored in the cold room, ensuring accurate records of quantities, types of products, and expiration dates via coldvite app.
• Loading and unloading of goods into and from the cold room ensuring proper handling to maintain product integrity.
• Conduct regular inspections of stored goods to ensure they meet quality standards and report any issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation relates to the temperature logs, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines to guarantee a secure working environment for both personnel and stored goods.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor issues related to temperature control, equipment malfunctions, or other operational challenges.

Requirements:

• Degree/HND in food sciences or related course with 1-3 years work experience as a hub operator or in a similar role.
• Marketing Experience
• Customer Relationship Experience
• Familiarity with Knowledge of at least 2 languages; English and Native language of the Environment.
• Smart, Dedicated, Hardworking, and self-motivated individuals.
