Job Description/Requirements

Key Performance Objectives


  • Provide an effective, quality transactional service in line with the set SLA 
  • Provide first line HR advice, manage and resolve customer enquiries and requests for service support in line with the relevant policies.
  • Ensure customer queries, complaints/requests received are resolved completely and correctly and taken to closure.
  • Monitor, identify and highlight any gaps observed in process or service delivery to enhance Staff experience
  • Effective liaison between various functions/departments within the organization to gain support and help resolve issues
  • Contribute to reports and statistics through maintenance of accurate information and data records.
  • Prioritize workloads in accordance with agreed deadlines and delivery standards 
  • Prepare, collate and record information across HR, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data within all areas of responsibility
  • Monitor and manage daily HR services, taking/initiating appropriate action to ensure continuous achievement of service standards taking personal control where required resolving issue
  • Interprets policies & procedures and advice MCN staff respectively
  • Conduct Competency-based interviews in line with company policy and legislative requirement s
  • Facilitate resourcing and retention best practice
  • Ensure appropriate induction processes for new staff
  • Assist in Training interventions
  • Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. 
  • Assist with the implementation of Employee Assistance programs – ICAS
  • Effectively manage Fusion and HR administration
  • Process new hires, promotions, separations, employee status changes, and other employee lifecycle events
  • Process pay changes and paperwork including promotions/demotions/transfers, ad hoc wage/salary changes,
  • Create/update process related documentation
  • Ensure that all necessary documents and approvals have been received and information is entered accurately
  • Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports


  • A Degree in Human Resources
  • Experience / Skills
  • A minimum of 2-3 HR generalist experience 
  • Recruitment process knowledge, understanding and experience
  • Effective Communication (Written and Verbal)
  • Solid HR administration experience 
  • Multiple stakeholder project facilitation
  • Implementation of relevant Centers of Excellence’ solutions to address key business challenges
  • Broad and comprehensive understanding of Human Resources concepts and principles
  • Knowledge and experience of the business and its intricacies
