Our Client, a reputable Nursery, Primary and Secondary School in Lagos State is in search of a Customer Services

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • Answer and handle calls and enquiry from customer, visitor, parent and staff regarding the school services
  • Investigating and solving Visitors, parent, staff and student customers complaint
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Provide professional customer support
  • Build strong relationships with the customers
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all time
  • Impact the school’s bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into a repeating and satisfied customer
  • Collect customer feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Recommends initiatives and change to improve quality of service for the unit

Minimum Qualification: 

  • B. sc/B.A/M.sc holder

Experience Length:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative in a school

Salary: N100,000
