To assist in planning, coordinating and effective implementation of the Bank wide Performance Management policies, strategies and appraisals.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Job Description:

  • Coordinate and manage the Bank's performance management software.
  • Assist in developing, management and communicating all performance management information, targets and KPIs.
  • Manage all departmental/unit performance management issues.
  • Implement performance management and improvement process that leads to a positive and measurable impact on the business of the bank.
  • Establish a continuous performance and quality improvement effort, monitoring, and reporting system.
  • Ensure needed performance management data is collected on a timely basis, inputted for appraisals.
  • Provide support in the development, review, communication and implementation of the Bank's Performance Management Policy.


  • Possession of a Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and/or a second degree are added advantages.
