- Coordinate and manage the Bank's performance management software.
- Assist in developing, management and communicating all performance management information, targets and KPIs.
- Manage all departmental/unit performance management issues.
- Implement performance management and improvement process that leads to a positive and measurable impact on the business of the bank.
- Establish a continuous performance and quality improvement effort, monitoring, and reporting system.
- Ensure needed performance management data is collected on a timely basis, inputted for appraisals.
- Provide support in the development, review, communication and implementation of the Bank's Performance Management Policy.
- Possession of a Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and/or a second degree are added advantages.
