Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the client’s workforce, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for factory workers, drivers, and other roles as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies specific to the client’s needs.
- Lead high-volume recruitment and onboarding processes for factory roles, drivers, and similar positions.
- Address employee concerns and maintain positive relations within the client’s team.
- Monitor staff performance and provide support to meet the client’s objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client, understanding and fulfilling their staffing needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR outsourcing, specifically in a factory setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Female preferably
