Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and lead employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee performance management systems and conduct annual performance appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management.
- Create and manage salary files using Success Factory software.
- Maintain accurate records of appointment orders and salary details of employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Knowledge of SAP Success Factor would be a plus
