Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection: Develop recruitment plans, write job descriptions, interview candidates and conduct background checks.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee complaints, promote a positive work environment, and ensure employee satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Organize and implement employee training programs, enhance employee skills, and develop career development plans.
- Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of the performance appraisal system to ensure fairness and effectiveness of employee performance appraisals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Legal Knowledge: Knowledge of labor laws and related regulations to ensure compliance.
