Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities:
- Handle the administrative affairs of HR department
- Provide support in the functional areas of the department, including recruitment, contract signing, employee relations, etc
Employee contract signing
- Communicate with new employees about contract signing after the cooperation is confirmed, and promote it
- Collect and check employee information and submit it to the company
- Responsible for the reception and contract signing of part-time employees
Invite for a job
- Responsible for identifying candidates and communicating with them to confirm the intention of both parties
- Facilitate the interview and recruitment of candidates
General administrative work
- Office related asset management
- Related expenses and reimbursement
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in human resources or business administration
- At least 2 years HR supervisor or related working experience in financial industry
- Know local laws and regulations
- Strong aptitude and ability to multitask
