Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Oversee new hire onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration into the company.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Address and resolve employee issues, conflicts, and grievances fairly and consistently.
Performance Management:
- Support performance review processes and guide performance improvement plans.
- Assist in setting up and tracking employee performance goals and development plans.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Facilitate or organize training sessions and workshops.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Support compensation analysis and salary benchmarking processes.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.
Organizational Development:
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Assist in change management efforts and employee communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems).
- Familiarity with employee benefits administration and payroll processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration: NGN 75,000 – 150,000
