HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job information, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and following up with candidates
• Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential
• Assist in organizing new employee orientation and employee on-the-job training, and ensure the implementation of training plans
• Assist in handling employee relations matters, handling employee inquiries and complaints, and providing related support
• Participate in employee performance management, assist in collecting and organizing performance data
• Assist in the implementation and compliance of human resources policies, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Assist in handling employee benefits management, including insurance, vacation, and other benefits
• Prepare and submit human resources-related reports and statistics
• Support other human resources projects and tasks to promote department goals

Requirements:

• College or bachelor's degree or above, human resources management, business management or related majors are preferred
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in human resources or related fields
• Familiar with the basic processes and operations of human resources management, and understanding of Nigerian labor laws and regulations is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving skills
• Good organizational skills and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks
• Honest and reliable, detail-oriented, with a high sense of professional ethics and confidentiality
