The analyst role will support the delivery of the OutsideIn HR business offerings to clients in the most innovative way as well as perform basic administrative tasks to aid business continuity

Job Description/Requirements

Business Development:

  • Participate in the development of strategies for engaging prospective & existing clients
  • Prepare business development documents (proposals, expression of interest, capability document, etc.) to engage prospective & existing clients
  • Follow up with client leads via phone calls and emails
  • Keep track of business development documents that are sent out to clients
  • Monitor the info email for RFPs (request for proposal) as well other client requests and communications
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings & demo session with clients
  • Support the Consultant in the preparation of demo & meeting materials
  • Prepare draft minutes of the meeting for the review of the Consultant and document the final document

Project Delivery:

  • Prepare draft project contracts (Job agreement letter, NDA, MOU, etc) for the review of Consultants
  • Prepare draft project management documents (workplan, outlines, charter, etc.)
  • Request, review, and analyse data required for the delivery of client services
  • Work with the Consultants to prepare tools, materials, and other logistics for the delivery of learning intervention as well as HR consulting projects
  • Coordinate the delivery of various learning intervention to clients by liaising with various stakeholders
  • Attend sessions (training, workshops, interviews, etc) to assist in project execution and gathering data required for the development of project deliverables like reports, frameworks, recommendations, next steps, minutes of meetings, etc.
  • Analyze collected project data and prepare draft project reports for the review of Consultants
  • Diarise next steps and initiate their execution
  • Conduct surveys and assist in gathering and interpreting data
  • Ensure that all outstanding activities are carried out for project close-out

Stakeholder Management:

  • Maintain updated database of partners and vendors
  • Communicate information to/liaise with partners and vendors
  • Identify and maximise potential opportunities with new and existing partners and vendors
  • Complete documentation for new and existing partners and vendors

Office Administration (Operations):

  • Prepare draft SOPs and operational templates for review by Consultant
  • Maintain SOPs and operational templates
  • Ensure that office supplies and materials are in adequate supply in coordination with the Team Assistant
  • Coordinate logistics arrangements when required
  • Support Finance Officer in preparing invoices and sending out receipts
  • Complete and process cash requests for the office
  • Participate in research, preparing presentations/slides and other HR and operational requirements of OutsideIn HR

Team Development:

  • Understudy Consultants in the day to day job requirements
  • Support in preparing regular learning plans for team development
  • Diarise and follow up with Consultants to ensure execution of learning plans
  • Stay updated with information on HR trends and events

Other Functions:

  • Provide support in sourcing talent for Recruitment briefs
  • Provide support in completing Recruitment briefs by filling available roles
  • Maintaining an up-to-date database of CVs
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
