We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven HR Administrator to lead the day-to-day HR operations of our organization. This role is central to ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and consistency of all HR documentation, reporting, and record-keeping activities. You will take ownership of core HR processes, plus the main point of contact.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage all employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Own and organize all HR documentation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration and exit of employees
- Track and manage employee leave, absences, and disciplinary records
- Coordinate and document periodic staff performance appraisals, updates, and probation reviews
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide necessary guidance
- Support compliance with HR standards, internal policies, and statutory obligations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent HR practices across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar HR or administrative role
- Solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and HR information systems (HRIS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
