Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven HR Administrator to lead the day-to-day HR operations of our organization. This role is central to ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and consistency of all HR documentation, reporting, and record-keeping activities. You will take ownership of core HR processes, plus the main point of contact.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage all employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Own and organize all HR documentation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration and exit of employees
  • Track and manage employee leave, absences, and disciplinary records
  • Coordinate and document periodic staff performance appraisals, updates, and probation reviews
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide necessary guidance
  • Support compliance with HR standards, internal policies, and statutory obligations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent HR practices across the organization


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar HR or administrative role
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and HR information systems (HRIS)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
