The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing the human resources functions of the organization, with the main goal of attracting, developing and retaining the best talent to meet the company's goals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing complaints, resolving disputes, and addressing performance issues.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching.
  • Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding process, including conducting new hire orientations and exit interviews.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation, including negotiating with benefit providers and ensuring that employees are aware of and understand their benefits.
  • Oversee the administration of employee records, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including labor laws and health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Work with management to develop and implement workforce plans, including succession planning.





Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field,
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to think strategically and to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, as well as experience with HR software, is also highly desirable.
