Job Summary
We are looking to hire an experienced and diligent housekeeper who will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment within the organization's premises, ensuring that offices, suites, restrooms, and other designated areas are kept orderly, organized, and presentable at all times.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Carry out cleaning and disinfecting of offices, suites, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and other facilities.
- Provide basic housekeeping duties, including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and rearranging the room after guests check out.
- Changing and making beds with fresh linen, and restocking supplies.
- Uphold confidentiality and respect the privacy of residents or guests while performing duties.
- Assists with special cleaning projects or setups such as deep cleaning, event preparation, or post-event cleanup when needed.
- Maintain a polite and professional attitude towards residents, guests, and colleagues at all times.
- Follow established health and safety regulations and company procedures while performing duties.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained, used safely, and stored properly after use.
- Collect and dispose of waste materials in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies, toiletries, cleaning materials, and paper products regularly.
- Respond to urgent cleaning or sanitation requests promptly.
- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues, damage, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma, certification, or vocational training in cleaning, housekeeping, or a related role.
- Additional training or certification in housekeeping, hospitality, or facility management will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, residential or commercial cleaning, or a related field is highly desirable, as experience in hotels, hospitals, and large facilities is particularly valuable.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while handling multiple cleaning assignments.
- Good attention to detail, basic communication, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good physical stamina to handle lifting, standing, walking, and also the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow instructions.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, prioritization, and time management skills
- Excellent observational skills to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance, and consistent ability to maintain high cleanliness standards and ensure no details are overlooked.
- Strong organizational skills with a result-driven approach.
