Job Summary
We are looking for a Hotel Supervisor who will be responsible for managing the Hotel, which includes managing employees, planning, coordinating, and administering hotel services such as catering and accommodation facilities in our hotel.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
- Organize activities and assign responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws
- Partake in financial activities including establishing room rates, setting budgets, and assigning funds to departments
- Handling customer complaints and queries.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of an HND
- The ideal candidate should reside in Osun state (Ife)
- Candidates must be computer literate and have a vast knowledge of social media for marketing. An accounting background is an advantage.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accommodation will be provided. The hotel is situated in Ile Ife, Osun State.
