Hotel Receptionist
Job Summary
The Hotel Receptionist is responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests, in line with the hotel's vision and values on customer satisfaction. To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints/issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service.

- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
1. Welcome visitors and direct appropriately.
2. Carrying out check in and check out procedure.
3. Perform financial transactions to ensure that payments are collected.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
5. Knowledge of Roommaster-Inquest software is an advantage.
6. React to customers and staff professionally at all times.
7. Participating in external and external trainings.
8. Ensure proper use and knowledge of check-in and check out procedures.
9. Must be able to upsell the hotel and its facilities.
10. Always follow the rules and regulations of the hotel.
