Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance hospital operations and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Analyze industry trends, patient needs, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making.
  • Lead initiatives to improve patient care quality and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee daily hospital operations, including medical, administrative, and support services.
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize performance.
  • Ensure the facility is equipped with the necessary technology, equipment, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Develop policies and procedures to maintain patient safety, privacy, and care quality.
  • Monitor and address quality metrics, including patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise hospital staff, including administrative and clinical teams.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment to support employee engagement and retention.
  • Provide leadership development and training opportunities to enhance staff performance.


Responsibilities:

  • 5 years working experience as an Administrator or similar role
  • BSc./ MSc. and MSc. is an advantage to apply for this role.
