Job Description/Requirements

Job Purpose:  To be accountable for the sale and marketing of assigned product line in assigned territory.

Key responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

  • Achieve assigned monthly volume and revenue targets

  • Persuade and influence customers to preferentially choose own product

  • To develop sales strategies and attract new clients for assigned product portfolio 

  • Source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve monthly targets 

  • Research sales competition and provide feedback on ways to improve on our products and services to better serve our customers

  • Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long-lasting relationships

  • Research your market and generate or follow through sales leads

  • Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments

  • Maintain and establishing personal networks

  • Report and provide feedback to management about your leads

  • Maintain and expand customer base within your assigned territory

Key skills and qualifications:

  • First Degree preferably in Sciences(Biochemistry, Microbiology)
  •  Commercial and Business acumen
  • 0 - 3 years of experience will be preferred.
  • Patience and self-motivation
  • Strong teamwork and networking skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Computer literate
  • Outgoing and persuasive
