- Resource Management: Manage school resources effectively, ensuring the efficient allocation of budgets, facilities, and materials.
- Policy and Compliance: Ensure the school complies with all relevant regulations, policies, and educational standards.
- School Improvement: Lead initiatives for school improvement and innovation, focusing on enhancing the quality of education and student outcomes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional professional qualifications are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior educational leadership role, with a proven track record of success in school management.
- Certification: Teaching certification or professional qualifications in educational leadership are a plus.
