Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development: Oversee the development and implementation of the school curriculum, ensuring it meets educational standards and promotes student achievement.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development and collaboration.
  • Student Achievement: Monitor student performance and implement strategies to support academic excellence and personal growth.
  • Parent and Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the community, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Resource Management: Manage school resources effectively, ensuring the efficient allocation of budgets, facilities, and materials.
  • Policy and Compliance: Ensure the school complies with all relevant regulations, policies, and educational standards.
  • School Improvement: Lead initiatives for school improvement and innovation, focusing on enhancing the quality of education and student outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional professional qualifications are preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior educational leadership role, with a proven track record of success in school management.
  • Certification: Teaching certification or professional qualifications in educational leadership are a plus.
