- The scope of duties shall include and not be limited to the following:
- Implement telesales training, development, and performance management.
- Meeting with sales managers to discuss Telesales strategies
- Ensure the team meets the sales targets.
- Coach and motivate the telesales team.
- A good understanding of the market dynamics in the bakery industry.
- Develop sales strategies to guarantee success and growth.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Manage customer complaints and enquiries.
- Monitor calls for quality assurance.
- Forecast and analyze telesales data.
- Regular telesales report to the Sales Manager
- Minimum of HND qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as Head of Telesales.
