Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team to deliver scalable software solutions.
• Oversee the development lifecycle—from design to deployment—ensuring high-quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Architect, design, and develop robust and secure systems using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Drive innovation and strategic initiatives to enhance system performance and business outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of complex systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• An MBA or equivalent business experience is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 6 years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget—preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Java, Node.js, Angular, Ionic, and Postgres.
• Deep understanding of modern software development practices, frameworks, and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices such as CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills—able to explain complex technical topics to varied audiences.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
