JOB DESCRIPTION/ REQUIREMENTS
Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
Initiate and build new/existing investment relationship with customers for the purpose of generating sales for the company
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
Develop, establish and maintain market strategies to meet organizational sales target
Ability to identify new market and demonstrate high level of understanding of product
Track record of selling properties at highbrow areas such as Banana Island, Ikoyi and Lekki is an added advantage.
File details of all the transactions and make reports
Ability to project and generate new opportunities for the organization.
Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Minimum of BSc/HND in related field
At least 5 years experience as a Business Development Manager preferably in a premium real estate development company.
Master’s Degree specializing in marketing and business development will be an added advantage.
An understanding of the principles of sales and marketing
Ability to adequately demonstrate working experience acquired from similar positions.
Excellent attention to details and strong ability to produce high quality reports and presentations.
Must show proven result of hitting sales target
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and organization skills
Strong Stakeholder Management and team player.
Self-Starter and ability to work independently

SALARY SCALE: 100k – 120k (with commission)
